Tilesetters Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tilesetters Supervisor to join our team at Canadoo Tile & Floors Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of tilesetters, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of tilesetters to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop tilesetters to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and coordinate tile installation.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 3-4 years of experience in tile installation and supervision.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with a team of tilesetters. The position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:
30 to 40 hours per week.
