- Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that they meet company standards.
- Resolve Work Problems: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
