  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, life insurance, pension plan, free parking, learning/training paid by employer, paid time off, and more.
