Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team at PROCON SOLUTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate renovation schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets our quality standards and specifications
  • Manage budgets and finances to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success
  • Work closely with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and develop plans to mitigate risks
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
