Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team at PROCON SOLUTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Prepare Work Schedules: Develop and implement detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of renovations.
  • Select and Employ Trade Subcontractors: Coordinate with subcontractors to select the best team for the job, ensuring quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Inspect Subcontractor Work: Conduct regular site visits to inspect subcontractor work, ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Plan and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Perform Various Trade Work: Perform a range of trade work during home construction or renovation activities, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement business plans, driving growth and success.
  • Work with Customers, Architects, and Engineers: Communicate effectively with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are met.
  • Prepare and Maintain Directory of Supplies and Trade Contractors: Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors, ensuring easy access to resources.
  • Ensure Construction Permits are Obtained: Ensure all necessary construction permits are obtained, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and Implement Health and Safety Plans: Develop and implement health and safety plans, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Site Environment: Dusty and noisy work site environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.

English.

Work Hours:

35 hours per week.
