Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team at Sogy Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of residential properties, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate renovation projects, including selecting and managing subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects meet their needs and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, developing and implementing plans to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards.
