Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand development principles and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth. This role will play a critical part in shaping our customer and brand strategies, enhancing our digital presence, and overseeing internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand development plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform brand development decisions
  • Create and manage content across various channels, including social media, email, and websites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in brand development, marketing, communications, or a similar strategic role, with expertise in digital platforms and project management
  • Results and data-driven mindset with a strong analytical capability and solid experience leveraging data to drive conversion and engagement
  • Strong skills in internal and external communications, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences
  • Effective at cross-functional collaboration to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and many moving parts
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to liaise with all levels of management and to negotiate with suppliers, industry peers, etc.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and data to drive decisions and optimize strategies
  • Experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is an asset but not required
