EPTAC, a leader in solder training and IPC certification, is seeking an experienced Trainer/Instructor to deliver high-quality training programs in electronics manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role will focus on teaching courses, developing curriculum, and conducting hands-on training sessions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices, collaborating with other instructional staff to improve training programs, and contributing to the development of innovative educational materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver IPC certification training programs
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and provide feedback to students
- Collaborate with instructional staff to improve training programs and materials
- Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
- Skills in Training, Teaching, and Staff Development
- Current or past IPC Certification in multiple standards
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field preferred
