Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team as an Integrated Circuit Design Automation Specialist.

This internship offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our DDR Memory PHY products. As part of our team, you will work with different flows associated with integrated circuit design, assist in the definition and testing of integrated circuit design methodologies, and collaborate with our experienced hardware design teams to develop Python scripts and software programs for workflow automation.

You will also be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation, including code comments, process workflows, and user guides, and maintaining comprehensive records of all decisions to aid team members and future developments.

Responsibilities
  • Work with different flows associated with integrated circuit design.
  • Assist in the definition and testing of integrated circuit design methodologies.
  • Develop Python scripts and software programs for workflow automation.
  • Create clear and concise documentation, including code comments, process workflows, and user guides.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electronics and integrated circuit technology, expert knowledge in Python programming, and proficiency in other scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, and shell scripts. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge of LINUX/UNIX commands and environment, experience with version control systems (e.g., Perforce) and code collaboration platforms, and strong communication and time management skills.
