Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join our Quality Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and auditing, with experience in electronics manufacturing or medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct internal audits and provide support for external audits.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives.
- Evaluate and improve supplier performance.
- Perform product inspections and testing.
- Investigate and document customer complaints.
- Validate processes and software.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or medical devices.
- Strong quality auditing skills and knowledge of industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences with Quality Assurance background.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
