We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Team Lead to join our team at Icon Pest Control. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pest control services, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

As our Pest Control Team Lead, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading a team of pest control technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery;
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to meet business objectives;
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Providing coaching and guidance to technicians to improve performance and address any issues;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track service delivery and team performance;
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction;


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in pest control, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and achieving business objectives;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science, biology);
