About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 1273129 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.

  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Assist with in-store promotions, events, and sales initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain Store Security and Safety: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
