EveryMind, a not-for-profit organization, has been serving the Region of Peel for nearly 40 years with a commitment to prioritizing mental health for infants, children, youth, young adults, and families.
As a Child and Youth Mental Health Core Service Provider and Lead Agency for the Peel Service Area, one of Ontario's largest and most diverse regions, EveryMind delivers high-quality mental health services. In the past year alone, they supported over 5,600 individuals during a time of unprecedented demand for mental health support in the Peel community.
Accredited by Accreditation Canada, EveryMind receives funding from multiple sources, including the Ministry of Health, other provincial ministries, and the Region of Peel. The organization's fund development team also raises additional funds to support their work.
The Opportunity
The Director, Clinical Services is a key member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO and accountable for clinical operations at EveryMind. This collaborative role involves working closely with the youth and families, colleagues and staff, the Board of Directors, Core Service Delivery partners, and other community stakeholders to achieve EveryMind's mission and vision.
About You
We are seeking an accomplished leader who can operate strategically while supporting clinical services managers and supervisors to achieve excellence across all service offerings. With 10+ years of wide-ranging clinical experience and demonstrated knowledge of client-focused programs and services, along with a minimum of 7 years' management experience, you demonstrate adaptability and a strong commitment to service excellence.
You are known for your professionalism, integrity, and ability to navigate diverse relationships effectively. Your approachability and skill in translating clinical data into actionable knowledge, while appreciating team strengths, are key attributes. With high emotional intelligence and commitment to continuous learning, you successfully integrate evidence-based practices and current research into service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Graduate training in social work, psychotherapy, or other regulated health professional field, with current professional registration
- Prior experience leading clinical services in a community-based mental health or child and youth services setting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to set direction for clinical programming that meets the evolving needs of children, youth, and their families
What We Offer
The target hiring salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000, with an attractive benefits package. EveryMind operates within a hybrid work environment, and the Director will be required to work both in the office and in the community, as well as attending some of EveryMind's other clinical locations.
