Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for providing expert support in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial reporting with other business functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or related field;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis;
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Word, and financial software applications;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
