Key Responsibilities- Contract Administration: Manage the delivery and take personal responsibility for contract administration of the agency's P3 healthcare project program.
- Contractual Requirements: Ensure appropriate contractual requirements are prescribed and adhered to such that projects are successful and expected value to the province is realized.
- Business Development: Initiate, formulate, and implement new business practices within the P3 project and contract management discipline.
- Change Management: Act as a change management sponsor for projects by leading and presenting project status updates, developing change management strategies and stakeholder communication/engagement planning.
- Financial Analysis: Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources.
- Framework Development: Build complex frameworks to assess the scope and context of short- and long-term business needs.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Develop and maintain formal partnerships and collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders internal to the agency and across the broader public and private sectors.
- Policies and Procedures: Provide input into the development of compliance policies, develop underlying procedures and monitor their implementation for project and contract management of P3 projects within the agency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and/or deliver elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Policy Development: Participate in developing policies for the area of responsibility, creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation within the agency.
- Expert Research and Advice: Deliver expert research, analysis, consultation and advice on project issues, making a significant contribution to business performance, both short and long term, by recommending authoritative technical and/or professional solutions.
