Project Manager

VERB Interactive is a digital marketing agency seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our internal teams are well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate conceptual ideas into actionable project plans and ensure their successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses are aligned with project scope and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
