Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOMINOS PIZZA. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and helping us to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
