Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Finisher Specialist to join our team at BSK Exterior Ltd. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for applying, levelling and smoothing coats of plaster to create weatherproof surfaces on the exteriors of buildings.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work in various locations, including residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stucco application, with experience ranging from 7 months to less than 1 year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster to form weatherproof surfaces on building exteriors
  • Clean and prepare surfaces before applying plaster
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces to ensure durability
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat as required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in stucco application
  • Ability to work in various locations, including residential and commercial sites
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling and standing for extended periods

Salary and Benefits
