BASKIN ROBBINS is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store staff, and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals, provide coaching and training, and handle employee relations.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, meeting company standards.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Other Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits
