About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Skeena Mall. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Post-secondary education is preferred, but not required
