Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Tandel Group Inc. This permanent position involves performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, as well as clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • General Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
