Job Title: Healthcare Security Guard

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and alarms, and conduct patrols to identify potential security risks.
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or security breaches.
  • Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and de-escalation techniques.
  • Calm and confident under pressure, with a proven ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking up to 20km/shift and pushing/pulling 30-pound doors.
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
