About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Water Heater Servicer to join our team at Richmond Mechanical LTD. As a Water Heater Servicer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining water heaters to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Determine the layout and installation procedures for water heaters, measure and mark guidelines for installations, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Language and Communication: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Work Schedule: Work 32 to 44 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in water heater installation and maintenance.
