About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Recruitment Specialist to join our team at RealVoice AI. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging our cutting-edge AI technology to attract, assess, and hire top talent for our rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • AI-Driven Sourcing and Screening: Utilize our AI system to engage with and qualify leads for various positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Assessment and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • AI Technology Demonstration: Showcase our revolutionary AI voice technology to potential candidates, highlighting its innovative features and benefits.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Manage and maintain our AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment process.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings, ensuring a steady supply of top talent.
  • Recruitment Event Participation: Coordinate and participate in tech-focused recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent and promote our brand.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to help improve our AI-driven recruitment process, ensuring continuous optimization and excellence.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial AI-powered contact to onboarding, fostering a strong employer brand and reputation.
Requirements
  • Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up diligently with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment, with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
