Job Summary
ALBERTA LTD seeks an experienced Information Technology Specialist to provide technical support and services to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.


Key Responsibilities
• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and networks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support technical support efforts
• Participate in training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies


Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a technical support role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred


Work Environment
• Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
