Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting computer issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer issues and implement solutions
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to employees in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to employees in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Basic security clearance
