About the Role

Power Staffing Solutions is a leading recruitment agency specializing in Professional Services and Healthcare staffing. We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property administration records, ensuring efficient and secure electronic filing of all pertinent documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Property Managers and Property Accountants to analyze, revise, and generate monthly Management Reports for each property.
  • Lease Administration: Handle applications, including employment verification, landlord reference checks, and credit assessments, and establish approved leases using Yardi.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate the setup of new tenant hydro accounts, create collection letters, and manage bank deposits.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure timely submission of legal notices to the Paralegal, including L1 and L2 forms, and distribute other required legal forms.
  • Collection and Enforcement: Verify tenant compliance with payment plans established by the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and enforce LTB orders through the appropriate enforcement office.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare N1 notices for rent increases and create annual tax receipts, and establish a PAP (Property Access Protocol) for tenants.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a leasing and property administration role.
  • Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi.
  • Solid working knowledge of residential property management.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and openness to learn Yardi Voyager and Property Vista.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
