Executive Director

Walgre Transport Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization to success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. The COO will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies. They will also represent the organization in official functions and select senior staff. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, judgement, and the ability to work in a permanent, 35-hour per week position. The work language is English. Key responsibilities include:
* Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
* Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating necessary authority
