About the Role

As a Strategic Onboarding Manager at Manulife Wealth, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new advisors joining our team. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving high performance and continuous development within your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for onboarding and transitions, focusing on excellence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align onboarding strategies with the company's overall objectives, fostering a culture of growth and success.
  • Work closely with key partners to provide comprehensive training and support to new advisors during their transition period, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to thrive.
  • Manage the transition process for advisors moving from other firms to Manulife Wealth, minimizing disruption to their business and ensuring a smooth integration.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on the effectiveness of onboarding and transition initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, with a strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology platforms.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and a strong knowledge of technology used by advisors, including back-office systems, portfolio management tools, and financial planning software.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $135,000 - $185,000 CAD, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
