Job Title: Waterproofing Foreman/Woman

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Hydro-tek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our waterproofing team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our project managers to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for each project.
  • Train and develop the skills of our team members to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise required to complete their tasks effectively.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site and that our team members are aware of and comply with these regulations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliability and the ability to work under pressure.
