Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Hydro-tek. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the waterproofing process, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the waterproofing team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to perform site inspections and work in a fast-paced environment.
