Job Summary:

Hydro-tek is seeking a highly skilled Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to oversee the coordination and execution of waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the trade, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of waterproofing teams
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule tasks
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage materials and equipment procurement
  • Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in waterproofing-related work
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position
  • English as the primary working language
  • 30-40 hours of work per week
