About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Accoravillage. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic client relationships
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • Bonus: 6 months+ of industry experience
