- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Continuously grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- At least 6 months of industry experience
