Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Portage La Prairie, MB. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Continuously grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience
Requirements:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
  • Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • At least 6 months of industry experience
