Job Summary:

This Sanitizer Equipment Specialist role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of production parts and filling equipment. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for adhering to company Safety and GMP policies and communicating any safety, ergonomic, quality, or mechanical issues to the supervisors in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain proper cleaning and sanitization procedures for all filling equipment, accurately documenting all activities on cleaning and sanitization logs.
  • Complete required record keeping and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining a 6S workplace by collaborating with the team.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Working Relationships:

  • Material Handler: Collaborate to ensure smooth operations.
  • Mechanic: Partner to resolve mechanical issues.
  • Production Manager: Communicate effectively to ensure production goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail: Perform tasks carefully, accurately, and efficiently, complying with quality and safety standards.
  • Dependability: Follow through on assignments and complete them in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Math: Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
