  • Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment.
Requirements:
  • Results-oriented attitude and sound knowledge of the small business market, including financial statements, risk management policies, and legal documentation.
  • Excellent business development techniques and conversance with small business legal structures, competitor offerings, and alternate sources of financing.
  • Good organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience as a small business owner.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
