About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at 2377919 ONTARIO INC. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Medical Equipment: Help with the cleaning, sterilizing, setting up, and assembling of medical equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Support Patient Care: Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients, making beds, and maintaining patient rooms.
  • Supervise Exercise Routines: Supervise patients' exercise routines to help them maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies to ensure that our team has the necessary resources to provide excellent care.
  • Transportation: Transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
  • First Aid and Emergency Response: Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide support to patients in need.
  • Education and Training: Instruct patients in the use of rehabilitative techniques, prosthetic devices, and wheelchairs to help them regain their independence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate are necessary.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
