Key Responsibilities- Assist with Medical Equipment: Clean, sterilize, set up, and assemble medical equipment to ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment.
- Support Patient Care: Perform various tasks related to patient comfort, including weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients.
- Maintain Patient Rooms: Make beds and ensure patients' rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Transport Patients: Safely transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
- Administer First Aid: Provide emergency first aid and respond to medical situations as required.
- Education and Training: Instruct patients in rehabilitative techniques, prosthetic devices, and wheelchair use.
- First Aid Certification: Possess a valid First Aid Certificate.
- CPR Certification: Hold a current CPR Certificate.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk as required by the role.
- Free Parking: Enjoy free parking available on site.
- Permanent Position: Work in a permanent role with a stable and supportive team.
- English Language: Communicate effectively in English with patients, colleagues, and management.
- 40 Hours per Week: Work a standard 40-hour week with regular breaks and time off.
