Regional Operations Manager

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food production.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective teamwork and coverage.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and inform sales strategies.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on customer preferences and market conditions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
