Job Summary

Lexo-1000 Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and education to employees on occupational health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement safety initiatives and programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
