  • Technical and Professional Advice
    • Provide expert technical and professional advice to stakeholders, including staff, sponsors, and partners.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success.
  • Area of Specialization
    • Specialize in horse racing, with a deep understanding of the industry, its trends, and best practices.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for work-related purposes.
    • Have transportation expenses paid by the employer.
