Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Exercise Rider to join our team at Michael P. De Paulo. As an Exercise Rider, you will be responsible for the daily care and exercise of our racehorses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care to our racehorses, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
  • Develop and implement exercise plans to ensure the horses are physically fit and ready for competition.
  • Monitor the horses' health and well-being, reporting any issues to the trainer or veterinarian.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Exercise Rider or in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform daily exercise routines.
