Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Rider to join our team at Michael P. De Paulo. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily care and exercise of our horses, ensuring their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise horses in a safe and controlled environment
  • Monitor and report any signs of illness or injury in the horses
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the horses' living quarters
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the horses are ready for competition
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in horse racing or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job
