About Vespa-Packaging Engineers Ltd.


We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Vespa-Packaging Engineers Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.


Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 depending on experience.


Job Description:


Main Responsibilities

  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Work Experience

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
