The M Bistro Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Dishroom Coordinator to join our team in the fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will possess strong client focus, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year

Job Description:

This role involves various tasks including operating dishwashers, setting tables, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, receiving and storing supplies, and maintaining floors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Package take-out food
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
