About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Dishroom Coordinator to join our team at Chianti Cafe & Restaurant. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
  • Operate dishwashers and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work surfaces, and storage areas
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweeping and mopping floors as needed
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will provide on-the-job training
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Reliable, client-focused, and able to multitask
Compensation

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience, depending on location. Benefits include a competitive salary, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
