About the Company:

Martyn Bassett Associates is a niche recruitment firm specializing in recruiting Sales, Marketing, and Product Management leaders across North America.

The Opportunity:

You will be the first-ever Head of Product for a brand new Data Platform tracking real-time energy and cost data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy to drive adoption and growth of the Data Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand new products to market.
  • Work with mid- to large-sized facilities, ideally in the manufacturing space, to understand their energy management needs.
  • Experience with Data Platforms, specifically ones that ingest data from IoT devices in real time, is essential.
  • Ability to commute to a Downtown Toronto office at least 3 days/week.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in the energy management and IoT space.

Requirements:

  • Energy Management SaaS experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and IoT devices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
