Key Responsibilities- Merchandising Leadership: Oversee in-store merchandising activities, projects, and services to ensure a clean, safe, accessible, and appealing customer experience.
- Team Management: Supervise merchandising team members, assign projects, and reallocate tasks as needed to ensure efficient store operations.
- Project Management: Track priorities, deadlines, material needs, and project execution to ensure timely completion of merchandising projects.
- Compliance and Quality: Verify compliance with planograms and merchandising standards to maintain store merchandise and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Performance Management: Manage performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service/retail, or 1 year in a RONA store, with 1 year of team management experience and 1 year of merchandising experience.
- Skills: Project management experience, availability to work nights and weekends, and experience operating motorized equipment and practical knowledge of basic hand tools.
