Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Package take-out food and prepare it for customers
  • Portion and wrap foods to order
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
