Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at New York Fries. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and surrounding areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
